Day 3

30/03/2011
Breakfast - 1 green apple + 2 tablespoon yogurt

Lunch - Fish soup noodles
+ 1 cup grapes + 2 tablespoon yogurt

Tea -
1 cup grapes + 2 tablespoon yogurt

Dinner - 1 plate fish, 5 tablespoon corn soup, 1 bowl grapes + 1 pear + 1 tablespoon yogurt


Lots of fluids


Work-out routine

1) 3.5km (45mins) run
2) 20 mins - Elliptical Trainer

3) 70 sit ups

4) 4 sets weight lifts training
5) 1 set push-ups
6) 2 sets ab crunches

I am so freaking tired. just got back from Vietnam last week plus work's piling up, doesnt really help & my room's a mess. Like, really, really.

BUUT. Life doesnt stop. So, the show must go on!
