Breakfast - 1 pear + 2 slices bread + 1 cup coffee
Lunch - Fish soup noodles + 1 pear
Tea - 1/2 slice honeydew
Dinner - 1 plate fish, 2 tablespoon veggies
Lots of fluids
Work-out routine
Swimming - 10 laps

I want to wear this for Xmas this year.
