Day 1:

Breakfast - Cup of coffee


Lunch - Beef noodle soup


Tea - Cup of coffee


Dinner - 2 bowls of fish soup


Lots of fluids


Work-out routine

1) 35 mins - Elliptical Trainer

2) 50 sit ups

3) 4 sets weight lifts training
