Earth Hour 2009: 28 March

So, instead of staying home this year, I decided to go and look around KK to see how many of KK-rians (is there such word?? ;p nyhoo..) do actually turn off the lights. Well, it was sad (or rather dissapointing) tho' cuz KK was bright and shining. BoRing! Haha. However, to see that a few shops AND hotels did support the cause was quite overwhelming. Bravo! They deserved a pat in the back.

Since I was driving, there wasnt many shots I took and all of it was snapshots. A few shots was taken while I was driving. Haha. Couldnt help it! So, enjoy!

The 1st two we noticed that they were in the dark. If I didnt knw they were doing it for Earth Hour, I thought they are actually closed.

When I was taking photos @ JP, there's this bading hanging around suddenly asking me, "masuk tv kai tu?" n silently, I was like WTH?? Do I look some gawd-damn reporter?? But, politely, I just smiled & walk away. Haha. It was funny tho'. I mean, just bcuz ur carrying a dSlr & a speedlight doesnt mean ur a reporter diba?? LOL


And for hotel to turn off their lights?? It was beyond amazing! Awesomeness!
