Pizza!!
Let's do Italian 2nite.. Shall we? ;p
Okay.. I've alwyz wanted to do pizza as Ive tried spaghetti even fettuccine.. But Ive never done pizza b4 because I'm not quit sure on how to do the pizza dough. Normally, Italian pizza crust is slightly crusty compare to our PizzaHut.. Nywz, I've used whatever I can find on the internet.. So, it's my 1st try whether it worked or not.. it doesnt really matter.. or not ;p It's been awhile since I've utilize my kitchen.. =p
*As I'm writing this.. I'm constantly sneezing.. my nose is red and ichy.. Daym!* I couldnt even think of what words to use.. I think my choice of words & grammar will be totally oof for 2nite*

Ingredients
Pizza Dough: Makes enough dough for two 10-12 inch pizzas
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (105°F-115°F)
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast (check the expiration date on the package)
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour (can use all-purpose but bread flour will give you a crisper crust)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Pizza Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Cornmeal (to slide the pizza onto the pizza stone)
- Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Feta cheese
- Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers, stems and seeds removed, thinly sliced
- Italian sausage, cooked ahead
- Chopped fresh basil
- Pesto
- Pepperoni, thinly sliced
- Onions, thinly sliced
- Sliced ham
Special equipment needed
- A pizza stone, highly recommended if you want your pizza dough to be crusty
- A pizza peel or a flat baking sheet
- A pizza wheel for cutting the pizza, not required, but easier to deal with than a knife

I'm not that good in reading instructions out of a book soo.. what I did to make the pizza dough was youtubed a video on how to make the crust n amazingly, it worked! Haha..
Since I dont have a pizza pan or a pizza stone, I just used whatever I have in my kitchen which is a pie pan.. LOL.. but it doesnt matter cuz it worked too!

I think my toppings are a bit overcook.. Haha..
I tried to keep it simple.. So, if by any chance that something went wrong then I wouldnt have waste my ingredients right?


Just cheese, minced meat, sausages & mushroom.. Easy right? =p

The crust turns out a bit soft as I only baked it for 20-30 mins or else it might have burn.. haha.. Normally, they would used Semolina to make the crust more crusty..
When I cook or bake, it's the same concept I've used in taking photos which is if the 1st one is bad, there's alwyz a second one.. N there's alywz room for improvement.. U just need to keep on trying until u said.. Yeap.. that's it.. That's what Im looking for..
Nywz, need to get some sleep.. I think I might get the flu bug.. *sighs*
I knw.. I need to get my Chivas or a Vodka Kurrant as my med.. Yeap.. that shud do the trick! LOL

Izan: Hahahaha.. Ad yg tia ngam kali.. Sa pun antam jak.. luckily jadi..even 4 d 1st time.. =p sa pki oven.. microwave heat is not dat hot soo.. I'm not sure if it'll work or not..
