Yeap.. I'm soo into portraits nowadays! Actually, during my Rasa Ria trip last Sunday, I wanted to shoot some people/portrait. But since I was sooo in the mood for HDR, I ter-forget all about it. Hahaha.. ok.. so, my project this weekend will be shooting on portraits.. Yeah, I still havent got any models.. So ny1 wants to volunteer? Heee.. Of course.. no charge one leh.. just saja2 hangout.. But I was thinking of an outdoor shoot since I don't have any flash yet.. so need to use any available light laa.. Haiyaa.. portrait shoot kunun but flash oso don't have.. hahaha.. well, equipment doesn't matter, important thing I can make the shot as creative, beautiful & extraordinaire as possible.. (hmm.. sounds familiar eh? ;p)
Need to find flash b4 May for my cuzzy's E-day. *sighs* but budget still not enuff leh.. was thinking of 430ex but then some1 told me alang2, better go for 580ex.. or perhaps I shud just go for Sigma or Sunpak flashes instead? Hey u guys photographers out there.. which one is better?

These photos is actually taken by Jill Greenberg. They called this effect.. The Hollywood Effect. Bsides her, Dave Hill also took these kinda pics. Check 'em out ya. It's simply amazing!
But of course, this is PS-ed la. I managed to find 2 links that really show how to do it. First is Ebin, Malaysian blogger & one is from the flickr group forum. This effect is like HDR but is it possible to apply HDR on portraits? Hmm.. But mayb using the dodge & burn thingy.. haha.. dunnola.. Am not the master of PS so I wudnt know.. :p

Btw, yeaps.. I'm still looking for G.Designers out there. Comela we go hangout or yumcha. Heee. Need consultation only bah. Can talk about photography oso. Huhuhu.
