Running gear
Hee.. abandoned my blog.. again.. arghh.. what do I need to do so that I can constantly & endlessly blog like the old times? Sigh.. Nywz, been eating like crazy since it's Raya and Raya means food.. I work-out, eat, work-out, eat soo.. yeah.. But my weight is at a plateau.. I need to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) at least 3 times a week.. so, wish me luck peeps!
Oh, I bought 2 running shoes! and it's pink! Haha!
I also bought a Pink Nike+ shoes to pair it with my Nike+ Sportsband & yeap it's pink too.. haha! so, now I dont have to drag my poor HP during my runs :D but unfortunately, my sportsband is still with Nike Store at the moment cuz wen I 1st bought it, I cudnt get it to sync-ed it with my Nike+ sensor, send it 4 repair or configuration, so basically yeah.. m still waiting for them to call me. Sigh.
My progress.. okay.. For now, I dont focus on losing weight entirely, in fact, my goal is to be fit which means, I need to live & eat healthy. I used to hate cornflakes, muesli, oats, soy proteins & milk buut now, it became my staple food. Haha! I feel a lot better tho' Topped it with fruits such as kiwis & mangoes.. It's not so bad.. haha.. They said, if u eat good food, u feel good too and that's exactly hw I feel.. hehe.. Ohh I picked up a new hobby.. well, not exactly a hobby buut I'm currently working on my basic Yoga stretch for flexibility. I can even do a 30 reps of pumping so, improvement! Yay! And I did some running by the beach the other day, twas awesome!
