My Mini Studio
I've actually built a mini studio at home for photography purposes. Esp for shooting food, flowers and for other abstract or still photography. Some people even asked on how did i shot my Leche Flan photos. Well, in case u wondering. This is how I did it. (To ChickyEgg, pay close attention :p)
What u need:
A PS (point & shoot) Cam with macro mode or a DSLR with macro lens (I'm sure all of u have one already by now :p)
Flash light (Torch light) or Table lamp
An unused box
Tracing paper
Sugar paper (Black)
And then built it like this

Tadaa!! Ur own mini studio

The inside looks like this
I was actually browsing thru Strobist where u can learn everything about lighting from them. They are amazing! Nywz, for more info on the mini studio, go to this site
From there I've created this!

U might have to put in a bit of creativity & effort in order to get the perfect lighting. I've learn that, (m not a pro tho' :p) that lighting is a very important element in photography. Which is y, u need to actually see which angle to shoot and where to direct ur light exactly

My version of commercial photography.. LOL
To capture good food photography is actually quite hard because u'll need a skill and good light or else ur food wont turn out exactly how u wanted it to be.. How actually to make people drool by just looking at the photos is quite sumthing..

Cheesecake, dun u just love 'em? :p
I mentioned that u need a macro lens for this? Well... I actually don't have a macro lens as it cost a bomb.. I mean Rm2k++ for a macro lens?? Die lar! I havent own a wide angle lens yet let alone a macro??? Hahaha.. Which is y, for me.. The best photography is make used of what u have.. I owned a Sigma lens that have a macro capability.. even tho' it's not really macro but it'll do.. So, there u go!
